Happy New Year - Changes at Mr and Mrs Pose

Happy New Year! I want to wish you a beautiful 2016 and fill you in on changes taking place at Mr and Mrs Pose.

Firstly, I want to thank you for your support since our launch in 2011. It has been a wonderful five years growing from yoga clothing and accessories for men and women to live events, online classes and video content. I launched the business with the vision to "Practice with Someone You Love." The idea was to encourage people to practice at home with partners, family, and friends. It has been such a pleasure to enjoy that evolution with you, our extended yoga family.

Secondly, changes are underway at Mr and Mrs Pose. I have been accepted into the Masters in Brain and Mind Sciences at the University of Sydney medical school. This is my third degree and a move in the direction of academic research. My aim is to contribute to the growing body of scientific knowledge on the therapeutic value of yoga and meditation with a particular focus on performance, stress and anxiety.

Thirdly, with more focus on integrated programs, case studies and research and less focus on retail, mrandmrspose.com will rebrand as jennifertaylor.yoga and  jennifertaylor.com.au. This will bring focus to the new vision of "Integrated Living - Practice for Life". The good news is that you can still reach me and continue to shop on all of these domains.

While this is really exciting, it will mean I have to scale back retail efforts, drop-in classes and other activities. All stock is marked down for a CLEARANCE SALE and don't hesitate to get in touch with bulk wholesale enquiries. You can also stay up to date with classes via the timetable.Thank you for your patience as I roll out the updates across the web.

I've discussed this new structure with our current partner, Easyoga, who are wonderfully supportive and want to continue our relationship moving forward. This means that you'll still see Easyoga featured in photographs and videos. You might still see Murray on occasion too!

I wanted to share these developments with you in the hope that we can stay connected and continue to share yoga and community. Please save info@jennifertaylor.yoga and info@jennifertaylor.com.au to your address books so that you keep getting my email newsletters.

Let me know your thoughts or read more in my current bio.
