In your Spring wellness session, we will breathe, move, and meditate with a focus on renewing your energy and engagement in your work, your life, and your own wellbeing. We will discuss the latest neuroscience on energy and engagement as the other end of the stress and burnout spectrum.
The 3-hr workshop will include breathing and postures followed by a short break for refreshments. After your break, we will briefly discuss the latest research before meditation, and a guided relaxation. As always, there will be options for all levels of experience.
