Maintaining your emotional and physiological wellbeing can be challenging in the darker, cooler months of winter. In this workshop, we will discuss the latest neuroscience behind stress, burnout, and your nervous and endocrine systems. We will move, breathe, and sit in mindful meditation with the intention of restoring balance and cultivating wellbeing.
